Terms of Service

Access is by invitation from Breeze Advance. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

The portal lets you see your revenue line, request draws, upload documents, and track repayments. The actual terms of any advance or draw — amounts, fees, rates, and repayment — are set in, and form a contract under, your signed funding agreement with Breeze Advance. Figures shown in the portal are estimates for your convenience; your signed agreement confirms the final, binding figures.

Submitting a draw request does not guarantee funding. Requests may be subject to automatic checks and to Breeze Advance's review and approval. Breeze Advance makes the final decision to approve, decline, and disburse funds.

You agree to receive communications and to sign agreements electronically. Electronic signatures and records have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures and paper records to the extent permitted by law.

You agree not to misuse the portal — including attempting to access accounts that are not yours, interfering with its operation or security, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breeze Advance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal. Nothing here limits the obligations between you and Breeze Advance under your funding agreement.
